Being new to a place is always as exciting as it is exhausting. Swiss people are known to be rather closed up sometimes and Swiss customs and rules might seem strange to you. Maybe you even have kids and have to grapple with the school system, or your problem is as simple as getting a haircut when most hair stylists don't speak English. Some situations can appear rude but in fact if one local person answers in German, then maybe because they really can't speak English. It's not that they don't want to speak to you, they just can't. Here I can help.
What I offer:
Coaching for everyday-situations (how and where to recycle, where to shop, how to act when etc.). Coachings can contain accompanied visits to stores and shops.
Dialogue training (How to get the hairstyle you want, how to order a taxi or a table in a restaurant, getting or cancel an appointment e.g. with a doctor or a plumber/painter, phone calls in general)
Coachings to understand Switzerland (schoolsystem, social rules and what Swiss people consider as being polite, integrational advice, mentality etc.)
Translations at events (e.g. parent-teacher conferences)
